SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time All orders are handmade and processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery to Poland Orders within Poland are delivered via InPost (parcel lockers) or DPD within 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Delivery to EU countries Orders to EU countries are shipped via DPD and typically arrive within 7–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & duties (EU) All shipments within the EU are free of customs duties. For orders outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.
