TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General These Terms of Service govern the use of the online store available at garudagoods.com, operated by GARUDA Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland, NIP: 525-288-38-69, address: ul. Andersa 21a/32, 00-159 Warszawa ("Seller").
2. Orders By placing an order, the Customer confirms that the provided information is accurate. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or payment failure.
3. Prices All prices are listed in PLN or EUR and include applicable VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; changes do not affect already placed orders.
4. Payment Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched.
5. Shipping Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy, available at garudagoods.com/policies/shipping.
6. Returns & Refunds Returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, available at garudagoods.com/policies/refund.
7. Complaints Complaints regarding products may be submitted to garuda.wyroby@gmail.com. The Seller will respond within 14 calendar days.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Warszawa, Poland.
REGULAMIN SKLEPU INTERNETOWEGO
1. Postanowienia ogólne Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze sklepu internetowego dostępnego pod adresem garudagoods.com, prowadzonego przez GARUDA Sp. z o.o., NIP: 525-288-38-69, adres: ul. Andersa 21a/32, 00-159 Warszawa („Sprzedawca").
2. Zamówienia Składając zamówienie, Klient potwierdza prawidłowość podanych danych. Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie prawo do anulowania zamówień w przypadku braku dostępności produktu lub braku płatności.
3. Ceny Wszystkie ceny podane są w PLN lub EUR i zawierają podatek VAT. Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany cen; zmiany nie dotyczą już złożonych zamówień.
4. Płatności Dostępne metody płatności są wyświetlane przy kasie. Płatność musi zostać dokonana przed wysyłką zamówienia.
5. Dostawa Zamówienia są wysyłane zgodnie z Polityką Dostawki dostępną pod adresem garudagoods.com/policies/shipping.
6. Zwroty i reklamacje Zwroty są realizowane zgodnie z Polityką Zwrotów dostępną pod adresem garudagoods.com/policies/refund.
7. Reklamacje Reklamacje dotyczące produktów można składać na adres garuda.wyroby@gmail.com. Sprzedawca odpowie w terminie 14 dni kalendarzowych.
8. Prawo właściwe Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Wszelkie spory rozstrzygane będą przez sąd właściwy dla Warszawa, Polska.
